ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS
DO OUR JUMPING CASTLES MEET THE LATEST AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS?

All our jumping castles meet the latest Australian Standards (AS 3533.4.1-2005: Amusement Ride & Devices - Specific Requirements - Land-borne inflatable devices) which were updated at the end of 2005. All our castles have 360 degree safety mesh netting to ensure your children’s safety at all times. We also maintain hygiene standards that are second to none.


HOW MUCH ROOM DO I NEED?

Please refer to the Castle Catalogue and select your castle to view the required measurements.


WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?

Once we confirm we have your selected jumping castle available, we will take your details and place it into our system. A phone call will be made the day prior to your event to confirm a convenient delivery time.


All castle pickups are organised around your event. Overnight hire is available on request. (Additional charges apply).


HOW DO I PAY?

Payments via bank deposit are required 48hrs in advance for clearance into our account prior to your event. Alternate payment is cash on delivery.


WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

If you decide to cancel on the morning of your booking due to unfavourable weather, there will be no charge. Any deposits and pre payments will be refunded. Once the jumping castles are delivered and erected there are NO REFUNDS.


During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, electrical storms etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your booking. All jumping castles are shower proof only and are not intended for use in heavy downpours or high winds.


WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

You need to supply a clear access to the proposed installation area. Our standard 4m x 4m medium jumping castles need a clear access of 1.2m in width. Our larger 5m x 5m combo 4 in 1 jumping castles need a clear access of 1.5m in width.


On placing your booking please advise us if there are any STEPS or STAIRS to be negotiated on installation.


Proposed castle area is to be free from debris or obstructions (i.e. branches, sharp objects, powerlines, overhanging trees and pet faeces).


You need to provide a level ground (sloping areas cannot exceed a 30cm gradient over a 4 metre span).


Power access required is 240 volt and must be within 50 metres of the jumping castles proposed area. Site with no power within this range will require the use of a generator at an additional charge. Generator hire available for non-powered sites.


DO CASTLES NEED TO BE SUPERVISED?

Yes. All castles must be supervised by an adult 18 years plus at all times. Instructions will be explained regarding castle operation and safety procedures at time of delivery and set up. Supervision can be supplied at an additional fee by one of our qualified staff members.


HOW LONG IS THE HIRE DURATION?

Bouncybeanz jumping castles offer all inflatables as ALL DAY HIRE.


IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?

Yes there is. Our 4m x 4m medium jumping castles can accommodate up to 360kg or 8 children at any one time. Our larger 5m x 5m combo 4 in 1 jumping castles can accommodate up to 540kg or 8 -10 children at any one time.


DO YOU HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE?

YES. Bouncybeanz Jumping Castles has $10 Million Public Liability Insurance. A copy of our insurance certificate can be provided upon request.
