DEFINITELY All our jumps meet the new Australian Standards which were updated at the end of 2005.

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?
On our (4.5 x 4.5)mt jumps they can accommodate up to 360kg or 8 children at any one time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
The party doesn't stop! All our standard jumps have built in roofs.
Our policy is that if you cancel on the morning of your booking due to unfavorable weather there will be no charge and any deposit or pre payments will be refunded.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
YES Bouncy Beanz has $10 million public liability insurance.
WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?
Once we confirm we have a jump available for your party, we'll take your details and place it into the system.
A confirmation letter will then be posted out confirming all your details.
HOW DO I PAY?
There are two options: 1. Payment by cheque to the driver upon delivery. 2. Pre payment by cheque or direct deposit prior to your function.
HOW MUCH ACCESS DO I REQUIRE?
Our standard jumps need a clear access of 1.2mt in width.
Our larger combo's need 1.4mt in width.
